This source has been conducting yearly telephone surveys since 1997 to measure different aspects of online activity in Germany: online access and use, mobile use, and multimedia use.

Argentina: Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (National Agency of Communications)

ENACOM provides qualitative data on both mobile and Internet use in Argentina. The site lists and explains the different the Internet "connection types" in Argentina as well as the types of contracts. Additionally, ENACOM lists all of the Internet Service Providers currently operating in Argentina. Outside of information on the Internet, ENACOM also includes information about mobile usage and radio broadcast.
